7710 with 4-20 mA Transmitter
To convert the measured flow into a 4-20 mAdc signal, a magnetic angle transmitter is mounted to the meter tube. This device is factory calibrated to ensure accuracy and should only be adjusted by King Instrument Company.
The transmitter housing location is set at the factory. Do not loosen screws and move housing. Do not remove transmitter from housing. Doing so will affect the accuracy of the transmitter and will need to be sent back to the factory to be reset.

ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
TRANSMITTER - WIRING
The transmitter Red (+) wire should be powered thru the gauge. Using the Blue (-) wire can give inaccurate readings.
A momentary switch should be installed using the Green wire connected to the Blue (-) wire. The zero function is used to set a zero point after the meter is installed. While the power to the transmitter is on, hold the momentary button for 2 seconds to set the zero. This should only be done when there is no flow present and the float is at its zero point. Zeroing should be done on a periodic maintenance check.
If a barrier switch is being used, all wiring to the transmitter shall be after the barrier switch. Wiring the gauge and zero wire before the barrier switch will give inaccurate results.
